1. Nature of the service

HaoQuantX is a quantitative trading automation tool for supported exchanges. We provide strategy execution, historical backtesting and risk controls. OKX is fully supported; Bybit is currently Beta. This is not investment advice and we promise no returns. Live trading is outside the initial release. Compare strategy behavior, costs and recovery evidence before requesting supported Demo access.

2. Risk warning

Crypto trading carries extreme risk; sharp price moves can wipe out your entire capital (including leveraged liquidation). You alone bear any trading decision and its gains or losses.

3. API keys

Exchange API credentials are envelope-encrypted and used only for authorized operations. Keep Withdraw disabled by default. Grant it only to a dedicated OKX Live credential after the operator separately approves and enables protected withdrawals; each withdrawal remains subject to step-up authentication, dual control, allowlists, limits, audit and notification. Misconfigured or leaked credentials can expose funds.

4. Disclaimer

Past backtest results do not guarantee future performance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and are not liable for direct or indirect losses. The service is provided as-is.

5. Payments and accounts

Plans gate capacity (strategies/trades), not strategy subscriptions. Fees are generally non-refundable; we reserve the right to terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
